CASHEW NUT ‘HUMMUS’



Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup cashews, unsalted
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • Dash salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in an electric blender until a smooth paste has formed.
  2. Blend for a shorter period of time for a crunchy texture.
