  • 1 table spoon of honey
  • 1 tea spoon cinnamon

Preparation

You need to peel ginger. Boil water in a pot and dice ginger. Add diced ginger inside this pot. Wait about 15-20 minutes. You will see that colour of the water is changing.

After waiting 20 minutes, add honey and cinnamon and mix everything. Wait for a while and filter this mixture. And your ginger water is ready to drink.

If you don’t want you add honey and cinnamon, you can prepare ginger water with water. But cinnamon and honey are beneficial and these will support your body.
