- 1 large mango
- 2 passionfruit
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 egg white, beaten until stiff peaks have formed
- Using an electric blender, blend together mango, passionfruitand honey until a creamy texture has formed.
- Fold mango mixture into the beaten egg white.
- Pour into an ice-cream container / freezer proof container and freeze for approximately 6 hours or overnight until set.
- To serve, cut into slices.
